Refund Policy
At Ispiris Technologies, we are committed to providing reliable Restaurant Ordering, EPOS, and Restaurant Management software through recurring subscription plans.
Subscription Billing
Our software is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing using your selected payment method. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Payments are securely processed by our authorised payment provider.
Free Trial (If Offered)
If a free trial is available, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by contacting our support team.
Once cancelled:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further recurring charges will be made.
- You will continue to have access to the service until your current subscription expires.
Refund Eligibility
As our software is a digital subscription service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
However, we may issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect charges
- Technical billing errors
- Charges made due to a verified system error
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.
All refund requests are reviewed individually and any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Failed Payments
If a recurring subscription payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment.
Continued payment failures may result in suspension or termination of access to the service until payment has been successfully completed.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Customers will be notified in advance before any pricing changes take effect.
